WWE has internally finalized the date and location for its first main roster UK pay-per-view in decades.
When WWE announced its 2022 event schedule last October they had an untitled event listed for Saturday, September 3 or Sunday, September 4 at an unknown location.
That was rumored to be for an event in the UK and that is the case as WrestleVotes reported today that WWE will hold the show on Saturday, September 3rd at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales. It will take place on the same weekend as the AEW All Out show, although the promotion has yet to confirm a date and location for it. Last year it was held on a Sunday night while in 2020 it was held on a Saturday.
Source states the long-awaited WWE United Kingdom PPV return will take place Saturday, September 3rd at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.
That is the same weekend as AEW’s ‘All Out’ PPV.

WWE hasn’t hosted a major pay-per-view in the UK since the 1992 SummerSlam. WWE discussed Drew McIntyre vs. Tyson Fury for the WWE Title headline UK PPV in 2020, but the COVID-19 pandemic nixed those plans.
