WWE has filed yet another trademark, but this time around it’s not related to a name wrestler’s name or their gimmicks but a service, a food service at that. Fans might soon be able to stimulate their taste buds at SmackDown.

WWE has filed a trademark for the term “Smackadillas” as they are looking forward to “promoting and marketing the goods and services of others in the field of restaurants and food.”

This is quite an interesting filing and we can only imagine how hungry it will make wrestling fans. Following is the full legal description of the trademark.

SMACKADILLAS trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of electronic processing of restaurant and food orders for others; online ordering services featuring restaurants take-out and food; online ordering services in the field of restaurant take-out and delivery; computerized online ordering services in the field of restaurants and food; electronic processing of restaurant and food orders for others; online ordering services featuring restaurants take-out and food; online ordering services in the field of restaurant take-out and delivery; promoting and marketing the goods and services of others in the field of restaurants and food.

WWE had an abrupt co-promotion with White Castle. where the two teamed up with Grubhub to offer special meal bundles. In the past, the company had its own restaurant, WWE The World, originally WWE New York.

With the new WWE trademark pertaining food service, it seems the Vince McMahon-run company would be permanently offering food service to the fans.
