Rhea Ripley is certainly one of the top female Superstars in the company and made a name for herself in NXT before being called up to the main roster. She was the RAW Women’s Champion earlier in the year and is still one of the mainstays of the main roster.

NXT 2.0 debuted last month and brought about a significant number of changes to the product, with fans having mixed feelings regarding the overall presentation and feel of NXT.

While Rhea Ripley certainly made a name for herself as part of the NXT brand, it seems she isn’t all that sure about going back now that NXT 2.0 is a thing.

While speaking on The Battleground Podcast, Rhea Ripley if she’d like to return to NXT. Ripley stated that while she’d like to, she isn’t quite sure if Ripley would fit in NXT 2.0.

“I would love to, honestly. I miss NXT right now. How it’s all changed, I don’t know if I’d really fit in, but when it was the metal scene and very grungy, I love that NXT. Not saying that the one now is bad or anything, but it’s definitely more for like the up-and-comers and everyone’s there trying to make a name for themselves.”

Ripley is currently WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions with Nikki A.S.H. and so we will have to wait and see how the two will be booked in the coming weeks as the champions.
