More than 18,000 tickets sold for AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam

WrestleTix is reporting that more than 18,000 tickets have been sold for AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam in New York City.

Obviously, this is a tremendous milestone for the company as they are on a huge wave of momentum after the signing of CM Punk, Bryan Danielson, Adam Cole, Ruby Soho, and others.

Per the latest update from WrestleTix, 18,023 tickets have been distributed for the show and it’s possible that they can approach 19,000 tickets sold after they announce more matches.

Here are the two matches announced so far for Dynamite in NYC:

– Cody Rhodes vs. Malakai Black
– MJF vs. Brian Pilman, Jr.

In other AEW ticket news, they sold over 4,000 tickets during the presale for the 12/8 Dynamite show in Long Island, NY.

This coming Wednesday’s Dynamite in Newark, New Jersey has over 11,600 tickets sold.
