Initially announced earlier this year, Star Wars: Hunters now has an official trailer for the game, as well as a release window for the upcoming game.

The official trailer for the game introduces some of the characters stepping into the Arena, including the dark side warrior Rieve, the Mandalorian combatant Aran Tal, and Grozz, a Wookie looking to cause some chaos. The end of the trailer reveals that the entire battle is taking place in one giant arena, with an audience filled with tons of Star Wars creatures and characters cheering them on.

“Set after the fall of the Galactic Empire, Star Wars: Hunters will connect players in real time to battle in arena settings inspired by iconic Star Wars locales,” reads the official description of the game from Zynga and Lucasfilm Games. “Compete as daring bounty hunters, heroes of the Rebellion and hold-outs of the fallen Empire in an action game that immerses you in fast-paced and visually stunning Star Wars conflict.”

Star Wars: Hunters will be available to download for free for the Nintendo Switch and on iOS and Android devices sometime in 2022.
